Card Rule Update Simplified Question & Answer Format Summary for Customers on the Fed's Final Gift Card Rule The Credit CARD Act that was signed into law last May included provisions applicable to gift cards, and the Federal Reserve Board issued the final rule concerning gift cards last month.
